Ahhhhh. What a nice workout tonight! I got a good spot in front of the gym. Turns out it wasn't as crowded as the last few weeks though I'm glad I don't bother trying to get a treadmill as they are almost always full! I'm ready I think to bump my time up to 25 mins on the bike since I can pretty much keep it at a steady speed even on the hills ( Read more... )
